Connecting Mailchimp to your store

Mailchimp allows you to send subscribers directly into an audience (list) for email campaigns and automations.

Step 1: Open Email Integrations

  1. Log into your dashboard.

  2. Click My Store.

  3. Navigate to the Email Integrations tab.

Step 2: Connect Mailchimp

  1. Locate the Mailchimp card.

  2. Click Connect with Mailchimp.

  3. You’ll be redirected to Mailchimp to log in and approve access.

  4. After approval, you’ll be sent back to your dashboard.

Mailchimp also uses OAuth — no API keys are needed.

Step 3: Choose an Audience

  1. Click Refresh audiences if your list doesn’t appear.

  2. Select the audience you want subscribers added to.

  3. The audience selection is saved automatically.

Optional: Set as Default

If Mailchimp is your primary email tool, click Make default on the Mailchimp card.

✅ Your Mailchimp integration is now active and ready.
