Connecting Klaviyo to your Store

Klaviyo lets you automatically send new subscribers from your store to a Klaviyo list so you can run email and SMS campaigns.

Step 1: Go to Email Integrations

1. Log into your dashboard.

2. Click My Store in the sidebar.

3. Open the Email Integrations tab.

Step 2: Connect Klaviyo

1. Find the Klaviyo card.

2. Click Connect with Klaviyo.

3. You’ll be redirected to Klaviyo to approve access.

4. Approve the connection and you’ll be redirected back to your dashboard.

Klaviyo uses a secure OAuth connection — no API keys are required.

Step 3: Select a List

1. Once connected, click Refresh lists if needed.

2. Select the list you want subscribers added to.

3. Your selection saves automatically.

Optional: Make Klaviyo the Default

If you have multiple email integrations connected, you can click Make default to ensure Klaviyo is the primary destination for subscribers.

✅ That’s it — new subscribers will now be sent to Klaviyo automatically.
